Overview:
Relax and enjoy a wonderful day in the historical bath, Gellért Spa, decorated with the world-famous Zsolnay porcelain and mosaics that not only you will, but the Knights of St. John used to adore and to heal in the mineral rich thermal water pools.
If you are in Budapest visiting any of the thermal baths is an absolute must. The gellert baths is easy to reach, clean and inexpensive. It can get busy like all other baths so choose your timing wisely. There is nothing better than a hot pool in the cold December night.

To really appreciate this building you need to go in and have a spa. We did not go in to the spa outside. The temperature was 5 c and people were un the spa. The paintings around the walls and ceilings make it a worth while visit. Highly recommended
