Overview:
Relax and enjoy a wonderful day in the historical bath, Gellért Spa, decorated with the world-famous Zsolnay porcelain and mosaics that not only you will, but the Knights of St. John used to adore and to heal in the mineral rich thermal water pools.
I struggled between a 3 and a 4 rating. It's good fun and definitely worth doing but it's not 'amazing' - many other things in Budapest are. You'll need about 2-3 hours, which would include travel from hotel and changing times. It takes a little bit of time to get your bearings, and hence 2-3 hours. There are 7 baths (maybe more). One is an outdoors swimming pool and the others are indoor Thermal baths. We were there 1.5 hours (in the Baths) and tried 4 of the 7. It's very relaxing and the Arc Deco theme is beautiful - more than anything it's about people watching. If your time in Budapest is limited there are better things to do, if you have plenty of time, do it.
Thank you so much for your kind words.
It's a beautiful spa that you could stay half of the day. I love the swimming pool area specially i was there during the heat wave. As its a bath that what you can do is massage, swimming or massage. For me which is just a relax and chill. Some comment has written the staff is rude, but at that time, they are pretty polite to me. Its not so clean in the shower and the locker area, but i still have a good time here

We visited two baths in Budapest, fist the szechenyi baths and then this one. At first we were a bit disappointed as we headed tp outside pools. The garden is beautiful, however there aren't that many outdoor pools here. However once we found indoor pools (yes, you need to do some exploring inside the premises to find the indoor pools) we were sold. The indoor baths were amazing. Beautiful hot and cold pools to relax. I would definitely visit this one again!
