From entering the building to getting in the outside pool took 10 minutes. Excellent. All pools and pool areas are clean

Great experience. My favorite was the outdoor thermal pool. There are plenty of inside pools to try and saunas.

We pre booked tickets and went in the morning. We also had the cabin tickets which was perfect if you're not comfortable changing in open spaces. The outdoor facilities were great but we weren't too keen on the indoor pools, however the sauna was out of this world and I would go again just for that. Overall it was a good experience and a great way to start a winter's day and we felt super relaxed for the rest of the day.
