In a city full of bathhouses, Budapest’s medieval Rudas Thermal Baths  are among the most popular. Established as early as the 16th century at the foot of Gellert Hill, the traditional Turkish bathhouse features a swimming pool, six therapy pools, a sauna, and a rooftop Jacuzzi, plus massages and other spa services. Make your own way to Rudas Baths, located right on the Danube!

We spent a blissful day at Rudas Spa. The Outdoor Amusement Pool was a delightful bonus, and the absence of crowds made it even more enjoyable. Worth every penny and perfect for a rejuvenating escape
