Came on a spare of the moment kind of thing and was overall very impressed, they had somehow renovated the old Turkish bath to a decent standard. It had several smaller pools on the sides of with a large main pool in the middle, the main pool is beautiful with coloured lights beaming through the tainted glass onto the water very therapeutic, the pools on the sides have varying temperatures all the way to 50 Celsius which is not for the faint of hearted or for someone with health problems, they give you these ridiculous apron pants which are quite comical only one side is covered ... nuff said Overall the atmosphere is nice people keep themselves to themselves, this kind of place back home would attract creepy unscrupulous characters but I didn’t notice anything like that here. a clean place be careful with the steam room it’s like way too hot. I would recommend bringing flip flops and a bottle of water. I have been to old Turkish baths in Turkey and this one is up there with the best I’ve been to

Traveling during the winter we were worried Budapest's cold would keep us from enjoying the baths, not the case here. Rudas counts with a completely enclosed spa. Only the rooftop jacuzzi requires you to step out into the cold for a bit, but you can easily skip or risk it. Inside you can enjoy the various pools, saunas, steam rooms, and lockers. Staff is also organized and helpful. Highly recommend for some serious relaxation at any time of the year!
Thank you for your kind words!
this place was amazing best thermal baths I have ever seen, so peaceful and Lively with loads of thermal pools indoors and outside 40 degree heat, and 4-5 steam rooms with full mist and extreme heat how it should be.. also 5-6 saunas with different heat and mint smells and it's really good for diabled people with their own pool with hoists and other relevant equipment needed and the kids love it especially with the wave machine outside, great restaurant too. I didn't want to leave.
