Description du produit:
Thermal water in the Budapest area has been used at least since the ancient Roman times. The first modern open-air bath of Budapest, the Palatinus, opened on Margaret Island in 1921. At the time Palatinus had the largest pool in all of Europe. New indoor areas were created with the reconstruction: a cute pool for kids, one with thermal water for the adults, and some new saunas with an ice cold immersion pool. Boost up that circulation!
Important Information
- Your ticket is including a locker, where you can leave your valuables
- Please bring your own towels and slippers, at the spa they can not provide them
- If you like to use the swimming pool, please bring your own swimming cap
A surprisingly clean beach in the heart of the hungarian capital, Budapest. The daily occupancy is above 100% so if you hate being in an overly crowdy place, find an other beach.
Thank you so much for your kind review!
Great for kids... and older. Huge, on Margaret Island, many pools with various water temperatures, ample lawn to play on and relax. Two waterslides and other water activities. Clean, food's available, but crowded, because it's great. Pleasant way to spend a hot day... By the way, "strand" in Hungarian translates to "beach".
Thank you for your kind words!
Huge huge water park, variety of pools, a pool with artificial waves, a pool with whirls, heated pool with water jets, slides. The park is so much fun with a lot of coffeeshops and food booths. I stayed in budapest for 3 weeks and i went there twice, loved it
