Wouldn’t bother paying for fast track if you’re planning to get there for when it opens as there is no queue, but when we left at 12 the main queue was massive so just depends what time you get there for. Fast track is on the right side as you walk into the building think it’s actually signed as ‘help desk’ 4 people sitting behind the desk all on their phones quite rude towards customers, but the lady who was showing people how to find their cabin number was super helpful and polite! Was nice and quiet when we got there so got to explore all of it, felt relaxed when we came out, would recommend!!
Thank you so much for your kind review!
After looking at all the things to do in Budapest it became clear that a spa was a must and this was the most popular and iconic. To be fair I didn’t expect much and I thought it was going to be fairly chaotic and a lot of standing around being cold. However the staff couldn’t be nicer. I hadn’t pre booked and we arrived at 4pm on a Saturday. I wanted to book aroma massages for 4 of us and was very happy when ok arrival the ticket desk made this possible at 6pm. She advised that we would only need two cubicles, which were perfect. We didn’t enjoy the indoor pools too much but the saunas were great as was the outdoor pool with swirly water roundabout thing, there’s a bar if you fancy a beer. I would recommend going later in the day so you can experience the outside pool in the dark. Also no need for swim caps and we wore slippers that we found in our air bnb and no one checked or asked if we had flip flops. Most people were barefoot. All in all a memorable experience but I wouldn’t wanted to stay there for longer than a couple of hours.

Don't be put off by the fact it's busy somehow you end up with space to do your own thing as there is a natural turnover of people moving to and from different pools and for drinks. Fast track was indeed pretty fast and no problems. Would encourage use of the cabin's as useful to store your clothes and belongings. The spas are very hot (stating the obvious) and it was good to get out a couple of times in the February damp to cool down. Worth a trip and not very expensive, but probably if we go back to Budapest we would do something else as when it's done it's done unless you are a spa addict! Good fun.
