Absolutely relaxing, do go to the indoor pools. But the cabins are simply the size of large shower cubicle with a bench. So I'm not sure they should call them 'cabin' but the rest was dreamy and relaxing.
Thank you so much for your kind words!
We had an enjoyable morning at the baths. You need a cap to use the proper swimming pool, the sauna is the highlight and there is plenty of heated pools to spend time in. The drinks and food are expensive so worth planning ahead. All in all I m glad I came but for those with a short time in Budapest I would enjoy the other sites

This could have been such a good experience. Hot outdoor pools. Hot indoor pools. Swimming lanes. Dipping pools. Multiple saunas and steam rooms. Changing booths with locks. Decent access via Metro line 1 (yellow line) and a 5 minute walk. What could possibly go wrong? Idiot tourist or poor service or both. Take your pick. So Make sure you bring towels and flip flops. If you don’t they rip you off.
